MYR 14 Years Birthday Promotion Terms & Conditions

(1) The MyRepublic 14th Birthday Promotion is valid till 31st March 2025. (2) All sign-ups must be completed within the period to be eligible for the promotional rates. (3) Promotional rates are only applicable during the signed contract period. (4) Depending on which promotional bundles, there may be differing eligibility criteria for the customers. (5) Customers need to be aware of the minimum system requirements for the CPE we provide. Customers may check with your Account Manager or the manufacturer for more information. MyRepublic will not be held responsible for any connection issues or disruptions arising from the incompatibility of system requirements of the CPE. (6) TP-Link routers/gateways and access points have a limited warranty period of 36 months starting from the Service Commencement date. MyRepublic will provide hardware support only within the warranty period. (7) The Service shall be activated within 4-16 weeks of order submission. (8) Cancellation Charges: These are applicable for any application withdrawal before activation of Service. (9) End of Contract Term: Promotional subscription charges will be applied during the contract period and will revert to the prevailing list price upon contract expiry. (10) MyRepublic reserves the right to withdraw these promotional bundles at any time without prior notice. (11) The prices listed exclude prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST). (12) Standard early termination, downgrade penalties, and deactivation fees apply. (13) MyRepublic Business General Terms and Conditions and its related Service-specific Terms and Conditions apply to all MyRepublic Services.

(1) The promotional rate shown is only for eligible SMEs. (2) Customers who do not fall under the SME category can contact MyRepublic for pricing.

Bundle 3: Business 2Gbps + Free Device-as-a-Service Terms & Conditions

(1) Customers will need to return the device to MyRepublic should the contract end. There may be an option for the customer to buy back the device at the prevailing price upon contract expiry. (2) This promotional plan has no frills and does not include any other hardware (i.e. router, switch etc). There may be an option to add on the TP-Link ER8411, TL-SM5310-T 10GBASE-T RJ45 SFP+ Module and Omada OC200 Cloud Controller with Power Adaptor by topping up to a prevailing amount. (3) Free TP-Link ER8411 & OC200 Cloud Controller does not come with Wi-Fi, customers need to add other TP-Link products for Wi-Fi capabilities. (4) The device (Asus BR1204FGA) is subjected to availability and MyRepublic reserves the right to provide another device model. Bundle 4: Business 2Gbps + Wi-Fi 7 Terms & Conditions

(1) Promotional rates will not be available to existing customers of MyRepublic who are downgrading their broadband plan. (2) Free Wi-Fi 7 Bundle includes TP-Link ER8411 (Router), TL-SG3210XHP-M2 (Switch), EAP 772 (Access Point), OC200 (Cloud Controller), TL-SM5310-T (10G copper SFP+ module), TL-SM5220-1M (10G SFP+ Direct Attach Cable). (3) Only existing customers who are currently on Wi-Fi 6 and below (provided by MyRepublic) will be eligible for the $50 Wi-Fi 7 Upgrade Rebate. (4) There will be a $250 One-Time-Charge (OTC) to all customers who have signed up for this plan. (5) Access Point cabling and mounting charges are not included in the promotional plan and will be charged if necessary. (6) Should there be any additional hardware required, customers will be required to top-up for the additional charges.

Terms & Conditions

(1) Availability: The promotional offer (“Offer”) is available for Business Broadband Service subject to the fibre network (“network”) coverage, availability of network, service, all relevant resources, access, in-building cabling and tray, and the procurement of all relevant approvals.
(2) Offer Period: This Offer is valid until 31st December 2022 and is subject to change by MyRepublic without notice. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers.
(3) Minimum Service Term: 24, or 36 months contracts.
(4) Installation: MyRepublic will arrange with you to install the fibre to your premises, a termination point, and install a modem (ONT), and the equipment with their accessories (collectively called “CPE”) as stated in the bundle on-site during standard working hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm, except Public Holidays).
(5) You need to be aware of the minimum system requirements for the CPE MyRepublic provides. You may check with your Account Manager or the manufacturer for more information. MyRepublic will not be held responsible for any connection issues or disruptions arising from the incompatibility of system requirements of the CPE.
(6) TP-Link routers are on a rental basis and MyRepublic will provide hardware support only within the contractual period.
(7) Cancellation Charges: These are applicable for any withdrawal of application before activation of Service. (8) Activation: The Service shall be activated within 1 month of order submission. For cases where the lead time for fibre resources is 30 working days and above, Service activation must not be later than 2 months from order submission.
