Home Voice and all its currently available VAS, Static IP, and Parental Control are available to sign up with our 10Gbps plans. If you already have those add-ons, do select them at sign-up to ensure they continue to run on your new 10Gbps plan. TVB Anywhere and MyTalk app will unfortunately not be available for 10Gbps for now. Your subscription to TVB Anywhere will end automatically if you have an active subscription and upgrade to 10Gbps.
Your Home Voice number will remain the same after upgrading to 10Gbps.
Your Static IP may change if you upgrade from 1Gbps Ultra / 2Gbps Ultra to GAMER 10Gbps, or from 1Gbps GAMER/ 2Gbps GAMER to HyperSpeed 10Gbps. Otherwise your existing subscription of Static IP will remain the same after you upgrade to 10Gbps
As most people in Singapore do not have the equipment to handle a 10Gbps connection, we currently bundle the TP-Link Archer AXE300 router with our 10Gbps plans so you can enjoy the speeds you sign up for. Note: almost all routers used today will not be able to utilise more than 1Gbps in bandwidth.
As our 10Gbps plan is a single-line plan, your second fibre line will no longer be active after upgrading to 10Gbps. No worries, everyone at home will have up to 10x the amount of bandwidth than before if you link everyone up onto the 10Gbps router!
Yes, as this is new technology and 10Gbps is still undergoing a trial, engineers will be required to install your new ONT and router to ensure that the bandwidth you’re getting is within our standards for you to enjoy the new speeds.
