Latest appointment further strengthens MyRepublic’s growing core leadership team to support next chapter of growth
Singapore, 31 August 2021 – MyRepublic today announced the appointment of Deborah Woollard as its Chief People Officer (CPO), effective from September 2021.
As CPO, Deborah will spearhead the development and implementation of MyRepublic’s people and culture strategy across the Group, to support its thriving business and ambitious expansion plans.
Prior to joining MyRepublic, Deborah held senior roles as Global Vice President of Leadership & Teams Development and Vice President of Human Resources across the APAC region at Cisco. She also brings a wealth of experience from a diverse range of roles and industry segments around the world in high performing companies such as Unilever, InterContinental Hotels, and Abbott Laboratories.
Having spent over two decades in the industry, Deborah is armed with extensive global and APAC expertise in building, scaling, and transforming organisations, developing progressive talent strategies, and delivering innovative employee experiences across a wide range of diverse cultures, geographies, and industries.
