What happens if I exceed my plan's bundled data?
Depending on your selected Travel Booster plan, the length of your stay while roaming, and your data
usage, you may require additional data roaming plans.
You can keep track of your roaming data usage via the Mobile App, and notifications will be received upon consumption of roaming data.
For 4G mobile service, the auto-renew function is available for Travel Boosters subscribed to the 24-hour and 7-day plans, so you can avoid the hassle of repurchasing additional data roaming plans.
By default, the 24-hour and 7-day Travel Boosters will be auto-renewed upon the depletion of the bundled roaming data or upon the expiration of the validity period, whichever comes first.
Should you wish to disable the auto-renew function on the Mobile App, you can manually select from our available Travel Boosters to repurchase the data roaming plan you need, on top of what has already been subscribed to.
You can keep track of your roaming data usage via the Mobile App, and notifications will be received upon consumption of roaming data.
