MyRepublic Everywhere Service Terms & Conditions

These MyRepublic Everywhere Service Terms & Conditions (“MRE Terms”) set out the basis on which MyRepublic will provide
MyRepublic Everywhere services to Customers.

1. Our Agreement

1.1. These MRE Terms, together with the General Terms & Conditions, Mobile eSIM Specific Terms & Conditions, and
promotional terms that apply to the Services or offers you acquire from us, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use
Policy (collectively referred to as “Agreement”).

1.2. In the case of any conflict or inconsistency, the following order of priority shall apply:

■ these MRE Terms;
■ applicable promotional terms & conditions;
■ Mobile eSIM Specific Terms & Conditions; then
■ the General Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

2.1. Definitions

In these MRE Terms, the words and phrases below shall have the following meanings:

Account: your account with us in respect to the provision of any Service.

Customer: a person who applies for and subscribes to products and Services from MyRepublic.

MyRepublic: MyRepublic Limited (UEN: 201117683C), and “we”, “us” and “our” have corresponding meanings.

MyRepublic Everywhere or Services: the travel roaming service offered by MyRepublic consisting of MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket Wifi and MyRepublic Everywhere eSIM services.

MyRepublic Everywhere Mobile App: MyRepublic Everywhere mobile application owned or controlled by us made available to you for your management of your Account.

MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi: portable wifi device provided by MyRepublic that allows you to access the internet using our Services.

MyRepublic Everywhere Products: MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi and MyRepublic Everywhere eSIM.

3. Purchase and rental of MyRepublic Everywhere Products

3.1. Customer agrees to comply with any and all the guidelines, notices, operating rules and policies and instructions pertaining to the purchase of MyRepublic Everywhere Services through MyRepublic, as well as any amendments to the aforementioned, issued by MyRepublic, from time to time. MyRepublic reserves the right to revise these guidelines, notices, operating rules and policies and instructions at any time and Customer is deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes to the foregoing upon their publication on MyRepublic.

3.2. Orders and subscriptions must be placed using the MyRepublic Everywhere Mobile App, via https://order.everywhere.myrepublic.net/ , and any other relevant MyRepublic Everywhere sales channels.

3.3. All orders will be deemed to be final and irrevocable upon transmission through MyRepublic Everywhere Mobile App, website, and any other relevant sales channels.

4. Delivery of MyRepublic Everywhere Products

4.1. For MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi rental / subscription, if the order is placed before 5 PM (Singapore Standard Time) from Monday to Friday (no orders are processed on weekends and public holiday), the order will be processed within the day.

For orders placed after 5 PM, the order will be processed on the next working day.

4.2. The delivery of the MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi device shall be made to the address as stipulated by the Customer in the order request.

4.3. Customer acknowledges that delivery of the MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi device is subject to its availability. MyRepublic will make every reasonable effort to deliver the product to Customer within the delivery time frame stated on the relevant page on which the product is listed, but Customer acknowledges that while stock information on MyRepublic Everywhere is updated regularly, it is possible that in some instances a product may become unavailable between updates.

4.4. All delivery timeframes given are estimates only. If the delivery of the MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi device is delayed, we will inform Customer accordingly via e-mail and the product will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available.

4.5. In the event Customer does not receive the MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi device by the projected delivery date and provided that Customer informs MyRepublic within 3 days immediately after such projected delivery date, MyRepublic will try to locate and deliver the product. If MyRepublic does not hear from Customer within 3 days from such projected delivery date, Customer shall be deemed to have received the MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi device.

4.6. For MyRepublic Everywhere eSIM, Customer will need to activate the Service for use within 30 days of purchase, failing which, the Service will expire and there will strictly be no refund or extension.

4.7. The roaming data available and duration of usage of MyRepublic Everywhere eSIM will be based on the package purchased by Customer, and shall commence upon the activation of the eSIM.

4.8. Customer has to install the eSIM via an eSIM-compatible mobile device. A list of such devices is available on the MyRepublic Everywhere website, and MyRepublic shall not be liable for any degraded functionality or non-functionality of the eSIM whatsoever due to the use of a non-eSIM-compatible device.

4.9. Customer is advised to scan the QR Code using and eSIM-compatible mobile device to download MyRepublic Everywhere eSIM profile and activate the eSIM according to the instructions provided via email, just before the travel date.

5. Payment

5.1. Customer must pay for the Services using any of the payment methods prescribed by MyRepublic from time to time. For registration and verification purposes, when Customer place an order, the Customer is required to provide credit card details.

5.2. Prices throughout the MyRepublic Everywhere Mobile Application and website are quoted in Singapore dollars, and payment can only be accepted in Singapore Dollars. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of Customer’s purchase.

5.3. For monthly recurring service plans, Customer will be charged every month on his/her bill cycle date.

5.4. For Daily Plans, Customer will be charged based on the number of days selected when submitting an order.

5.5. Customer’s credit card will be debited upon successful placement of the order.

5.6. For any pricing promotions (e.g., :$3 discount promotion), the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.

5.7. If Customer fail to make any payment pursuant to the terms and conditions of the payment method elected or payment is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, then without prejudice to any other right, MyRepublic shall be entitled to cancel the order or suspend delivery of the MyRepublic Everywhere Products until payment is made in full.

6. Refund of payment

6.1. All orders are final and refunds, if any, are the sole discretion of MyRepublic.

6.2. In any event of any refunds, it shall be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment.

6.3. The processing of refund payment may take time and it is subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider internal processing timeline.

6.4. All costs associated with the refund process imposed by the processing bank and/or payment provider shall be borne by Customer.

6.5. All refunds are conditional upon our acceptance of a valid return of the MyRepublic Everywhere Product (where relevant). We reserve the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice. Refund fees are subject to a service fee of 10%.

7. Return of MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi Device

7.1. The MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi device will need to be returned within 7 days after the request to terminate the recurring plan, or within 7 days following the last day of the rental for Daily Plans. For example, if the last day of the rental for Daily Plans is 7 March, the MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi device must be returned by 14 March.

7.2. To return, simply pack the device and accessories in the return mailer bag and drop the return mailer bag into the SingPost mailbox. Please refer to the MyRepublic Everywhere Mobile App for more information.

7.3. A fee of SGD $50 will be imposed if the device is not returned. If there is any loss of or damage to the device, the corresponding charge will apply as follow:

8. Fair Usage Policy

8.1. Customers may enjoy Unlimited Roaming Data at managed speed beyond their purchased / subscribed MyRepublic Everywhere package. For that, they may experience either slow data speed, and/or the service may be temporarily idle for a period of time but the excess data will not incur additional cost.

8.2. The Unlimited Roaming Data, is subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP). MyRepublic reserves all rights to impose a limit to individual user or more customers should there be suspected cases of abuse without prior notice.

9. Cancellation and Termination of Service

9.1. MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi: Customer may cancel the order via a written notice to MyRepublic within MyRepublic Everywhere Mobile Application (via Contact Us) before the MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi device is dispatched out. However, there will be no refund of the delivery fee paid. If the MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi device has already been dispatched, the option of cancellation will not be available. Customer will have to request for a termination of the Service and return the device thereafter.

9.2. eSIM: Customer may cancel the order via a written notice to MyRepublic within MyRepublic Everywhere Mobile Application (via Contact Us) as long as the eSIM has not been activated by Customer via the MyRepublic Everywhere App. After the eSIM has been activated, there is strictly no cancellation available.

9.3. Refunds for such successfully cancelled orders shall be processed in accordance with Clause 6 of these MRE Terms.

9.4. If Customer has rented a MyRepublic Everywhere Pocket WiFi device on a recurring basis and wishes to terminate the Service, Customer will need to terminate the service plan via the MyRepublic Everywhere Mobile Application (via Contact Us), and return the device to MyRepublic. The recurring payment will cease when Customer terminates the service plans. If Customer does not return the device within seven (7) days from termination, Customer will be charged for the lost device in accordance with Clause 7.3.
