PRISM+ Q55-QE Google TV 2Gbps Broadband Terms & Conditions
- Based on a 24-month contract for MyRepublic 2Gbps (2 x 1Gbps) Fibre Broadband (“Service”).
- Service subscription price of $62.99/month applies for 24 months. Off-contract subscription price of $71.50/month will apply after your contract ends.
- Promotion is valid for new customers and re-contracting MyRepublic customers.
- A one-time top up of $329 upfront is required for PRISM+ Q55-QE 55” 4K Google Ultra HD TV.
- The bundled PRISM+ Q55-QE 55” 4K Ultra HD TV (worth $1,399) is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
- A one-time standard service installation charge of $54 will be waived.
- A one-time standard installation fee of $27 will apply for recontract customers should customer opt for purchase of router.
- $150 router discount is for a new router (TP-Link EX510 or ASUS RT-AX3000) purchase from MyRepublic during sign-up only, and is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
- NetLink Trust will be charging a $57.24 Service Activation Charge, which will be applicable to all new Service sign-ups.
- Free Fibre Termination Point (TP) installation (up to $162) is only applicable to MyRepublic subscribers who do not have an existing Fibre Termination Point (Home Passed).
- The NetLink Trust cost of $162 will be charged for the TP installation for high-rise properties and this amount will be credited to your MyRepublic account.
- For landed properties, an additional fee of $129.60 will be applicable to cover the full NetLink Trust TP installation fee.
- You will be charged your first month invoice once your order is completed (i.e. at the point of time when your service is successfully installed).
- You can only redeem the PRISM+ Q55-QE 55” 4K Google Ultra HD TV (worth $1,399) (“Premium”) upon receiving the Redemption Letter. The Redemption Letter will be sent to your registered email after successful installation of your MyRepublic service and the full payment of your first month’s bill, or any outstanding MyRepublic bills, if applicable. If you have not received the Redemption Letter within 14 days after your Service has been installed and full payment of first month’s bill (whichever that occurs later), please contact our Customer Service.
- Ownership and warranty rights of the redeemed PRISM+ Premium will be assigned to the original purchaser of the promotional bundle only and is strictly NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- You must comply with our instructions in the Redemption Letter to facilitate the collection of Premium.
- Any Premium not claimed or collected within 4 months from the date in the respective Redemption Letter will be forfeited and shall no longer be available for redemption, at our sole and absolute discretion. We will not compensate you for any uncollected, forfeited lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen Premiums.
- Router discount and Premium are given on an “as-is” basis and are not non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or in-kind.
- This promotion is not valid with any other promotions. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any part or all our promotions at any time. Our decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
