No Contract 1Gbps Broadband Terms & Conditions
- This promotion is for 1Gbps fibre broadband.
- “No-Contract” plans refer to Services offered on a monthly subscription plan.
- The promotion’s subscription price is $61.50/month.
- A one-time standard service installation charge of $59.90 will apply.
- You have the option to upgrade to a contract plan of 1Gbps or higher.
- $150 router discount is for a new router purchase from MyRepublic during sign-up only, and is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
- A one-time cancellation fee of $48.15 applies if you cancel this No Contract plan within the first 3 months of the service being activated.
- 3 months after your MyRepublic service is activated, you may terminate your No Contract plan without cancellation fee of $48.15.
- NetLink Trust will be charging a $61.04 Service Activation Charge, which will be applicable to all new sign-ups.
- Billing will be carried out on a full month basis. If you cancel your No Contract plan, you must notify MyRepublic Customer Support by giving at least seven (7) days notice before your monthly billing cycle date. Charges will not be prorated. Termination fees and/or cancellation fee may be applicable. The Services will be provided to you for the remainder of your current billing cycle until Services are effectively cancelled.

No Contract 1Gbps Broadband Terms & Conditions
- This promotion is for MyRepublic Ultra 1Gbps Fibre Broadband (“Service”).
- “No-Contract” plans refer to Services offered on a monthly subscription plan.
- Service subscription price of $61.50/month applies.
- Promotion is valid for new and recontract customers only.
- There is no bundled router with this plan.
- You have the option to upgrade to a contract plan of 1Gbps or higher.
- A one-time standard service installation charge of $59.90 applies.
- $150 router discount is for a new router purchase from MyRepublic during sign-up only, and is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
- NetLink Trust will be charging a $61.04 Service Activation Charge, which will be applicable to all new sign-ups.
- Fibre Termination Point (TP) installation is applicable to MyRepublic customers who do not have an existing Fibre Termination Point (Home Passed).
- The NetLink Trust cost of $163.50 will be charged for the TP installation for high-rise properties.
- For landed properties, an additional fee of $163.50 will be applicable to cover the full NetLink Trust TP installation fee.
- You will be charged your first month invoice once your order is completed (i.e. at the point of time when your service is successfully installed).
- A one-time cancellation fee of $49.05 applies if you cancel this No Contract plan within the first 3 months of the service being activated.
- 3 months after your MyRepublic service is activated, you may terminate your No Contract plan without cancellation fee of $49.05.
- Billing will be carried out on a full month basis. If you cancel your No Contract plan, you must notify MyRepublic Customer Support by giving at least seven (7) days notice before your monthly billing cycle date. Charges will not be prorated. Termination fees and/or cancellation fee may be applicable. The Services will be provided to you for the remainder of your current billing cycle until Services are effectively cancelled.
- This promotion is not valid with any other promotions. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any part or all our promotions at any time. Our decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
