• • MyRepublic 10Gbps provides MyRepublic 1Gbps Fibre Broadband (“Service”) for a 24-month contract.
  • MyRepublic 10Gbps includes a 10GPON trial service which enables access to 10GPON services. Please note that access to the 10GPON service is a trial and is only available on a “as is” and “as available” basis. During the trial, the applicable broadband speed will be up to 10X the speed of 1Gbps.

Trial Duration

• • Customers who sign up for HyperSpeed 10Gbps or GAMER 10Gbps can enjoy the 10GPON trial, subject to MyRepublic’s discretion in determining the starting date of the 10GPON trial. The 10GPON trial is valid until 30 June 2024. However, MyRepublic reserves the right to, without any prior notice, modify, extend, suspend, or cease the 10GPON trial (in whole or in part) immediately and at any time, without further liability on MyRepublic to customers.
  • If you sign up for HyperSpeed 10Gbps or GAMER 10Gbps, you will be considered to have opted-in for participation in the 10GPON trial. If you subsequently change your mind and no longer wish to participate, you shall be responsible for disabling the relevant functions on your device (if any).
  • During the 10GPON trial, the service subscription price shall be $59.99/month for HyperSpeed 10Gbps and $64.99 for GAMER 10Gbps for 24 months. Off-contract subscription price of $69.99/month will apply for HyperSpeed 10Gbps and $74.99/month for GAMER 10Gbps after your contract ends.
  • If: (i) you had received a 10Gbps router from us as part of the 10Gbps trial; (ii) the 10GPON service does not become commercially available after the trial; and (iii) the router is still in good working condition, you may return the router to us and receive a discount of $150 (for the TP-Link Archer AXE300 and the ASUS ROG GT-BE25000) or $50 (for the TP-Link Archer BE805) on your 1Gbps Ultra or 1Gbps GAMER broadband contract in the form of credits applied to your account. MyRepublic shall also arrange an appointment with you to collect the ONT and associated accessories and to change any necessary equipment at no additional cost if needed. In this instance, the service subscription price of $52.99/month for the 1Gbps Ultra Plan and $57.99/month for the 1Gbps GAMER Plan (as the case may be) shall apply for the remainder of your 24-month contract. Off-contract subscription price of $61.50/month will apply for Ultra and $71.50/month for GAMER after your contract ends.
  • If at the end of the 10GPON trial, the 10GPON service becomes commercially available, then the HyperSpeed 10Gbps or GAMER 10Gbps will continue for the duration of the subscription.

Eligibility

• In order for you to enjoy our 10GPON trial, you must:
  • Use equipment that is approved by MyRepublic for the 10GPON trial (“Approved Equipment”)
  • Install any necessary software updates on the Approved Equipment; and
  • Sign up for our HyperSpeed 10Gbps or GAMER 10Gbps plan.
• The bundled TP-Link Archer AXE300 (worth $799), TP-Link Archer BE805 router (worth $799) or ASUS ROG GT-BE25000 (worth $1099) is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
• Unless otherwise stated, the bundled router will be supplied to you on an “as-is” basis to use with the Service. Ownership of the bundled router, and any replacements thereof, remains with MyRepublic for a 36-month period from the installation date. Within the 36-month period and for as long as you remain a customer with MyRepublic, the router will be covered by a warranty. Upon termination of the Service, we may request that you return the router with all its related accessories within 30 days from the date of termination at your own cost and expense.
• Promotion is valid for new and recontracting customers.
• A one time top up of $150 upfront for router fees is waived for this plan.
• A one-time standard service installation charge of $59.90 will apply for new customers and $29.90 will apply for recontracting customers.
• NetLink Trust will be charging a $57.77 Service Activation Charge, which will be applicable to all new and recontracting customers.
• Free Fibre Termination Point (TP) installation (up to $163.50) is only applicable to MyRepublic subscribers who do not have an existing Fibre Termination Point (Home Passed).
• A NetLink Trust cost of $163.50 will be charged for the TP installation for high-rise properties and this amount will be credited to your MyRepublic account.
• For landed properties, an additional fee of $130.80 will be applicable to cover the full NetLink Trust TP installation fee.
• You will be charged your first month invoice once your order is completed (i.e. at the point of time when your service is successfully installed).
• This promotion is not valid with any other promotions. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any part or all our promotions at any time. Our decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
