Subscription
- 1. The Travel Boosters are available in 24-hour 500MB, 7-day 1GB and / or 30-day 1GB options where applicable.
- 2. All Travel Boosters purchased are strictly not refundable regardless of whether the service has been activated or used.
- 3. All roaming charges are not subjected to GST.
- 4. Promotional discounts are only valid for initial purchase , Standard subscription charges will apply upon auto-renewal
Validity of Subscription
- 1. Depending on the subscription option chosen, the service will be valid for the duration based on the selected date and time of activation.
- 2. For users on MyRepublic 5G Mobile service, the post-dated activation of the roaming subscription is not currently available and hence the activation of the service will commence shortly after purchase.
- 3. Upon activation of the Travel Booster, the customer will receive an SMS notification and the Travel Booster can be used while in your specified destination.
- 4. All unused data will be automatically deactivated beyond the stipulated duration of your subscription.
Auto-Renew
- 1. By default, both 4G and 5G 24-hour and 7-day Travel Boosters will be auto-renewed upon the the expiration of the validity period.
- For example, if the customer buys a 24-hour pass at 3 pm (SGT GMT+8), it will renew 24 hours later at 2.59 pm (SGT GMT+8).
- If the current data allocation is fully utilised before the Travel Booster’s validity period expires, customers will need to purchase an additional Travel Booster add-on.
- In such cases, they must manually disable the auto-renewal of the existing add-on. Failure to do so will result in both add-ons renewing automatically and concurrently.
- 2. An SMS alert will be sent as reminder when the usage is near depletion of the bundled data, or prior to every renewal of the next subscription.
- 3. To deactivate the Auto-Renewal of the 24-hour and 7-day subscription, customers can turn off the feature (1) at the time of purchase, or (2) via MyRepublic Mobile App at any point in time after subscribing.
- 4. If the Auto-Renewal feature is turned off, the 24-hour or 7-day subscription will not be renewed automatically upon the expiry of the valid duration or the depletion of the bundled roaming data.
- 5. Customers will need to switch off the Auto-Renewal when they are back in Singapore. Otherwise, charges will continue to apply. Travel Boosters purchased at a promotional price and set to auto-renew will continue to renew at the promotional price within the promotional offer period. Customers whose subscriptions auto-renew after the promotional period will be charged the prevailing standard price.
- 6. MyRepublic will not be responsible for any roaming subscription charges incurred by customers who might not have opted out of the Auto-Renewal service under all circumstances.
Monthly Roaming Plans
- 1. The charges under Monthly Plans will be billed every month until the customer unsubscribes via the MyRepublic Mobile App.
- 2. A minimum of 2 months’ subscription will be required with every new sign up to a Monthly Roaming Plan.
- 3. Beyond the bundled roaming data as part of the Monthly Roaming Subscription, customers may choose to subscribe to a Travel Booster to continue using data overseas.
- 4. Any unused data bundles will not be carried forward.
