GAMER Switch Up Terms & Conditions
  • GAMER Switch Up is only available to new customers who sign up MyRepublic GAMER Broadband Plan between 26 June 2019, 09:00 am and 31 December 2024, 11:59 pm (Singapore Time);
  • All prices are inclusive of GST.
  • This promotion is valid for all 24-month MyRepublic GAMER broadband plans (“GAMER Plan”).
  • You must have been an active subscriber with your previous Singaporean based Internet Service Provider, apart from MyRepublic (“Third Party ISP”).
  • Submit your complete final broadband bill from the Third Party ISP dated on or after 26 June 2019, to [email protected], clearly showing:
    • Your name and address (this must be the same as your subscription details for GAMER Plan);
    • Third Party ISP broadband service contract details;
    • Broadband early termination charge;
  • Your name and address (this must be the same as your subscription details for GAMER Plan);
  • Third Party ISP broadband service contract details;
  • Broadband early termination charge;
  • We are not liable for any disruption of Internet service availability as a result of premature termination of your existing broadband lines.
  • The final broadband bill must be submitted within 60 days of your GAMER Plan’s first invoice date.
  • Your first and second month’s GAMER Plan invoices must be paid in full.
  • If you are eligible, a lump sum rebate (of up to $240) will be credited into your MyRepublic customer account, from the third month onwards of your GAMER Plan contract. The rebate will be based on the broadband early termination charge stated in your Third Party ISP’s bill, and will be used to offset your monthly bills with MyRepublic.
  • Incomplete documents and late payment of MyRepublic invoices will result in a delay of any rebate.
  • If your GAMER Plan is suspended or terminated for any reason, including late or non-payments, you will not be eligible to receive the rebate under GAMER Switch Up.
  • This GAMER Switch Up Program is not valid with any other promotions. The rebate is personal to you and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or other MyRepublic promotions, discounts or offers; and cannot be transferred, gifted, resold or transferred to any third party.
  • MyRepublic reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotions without prior notice.
