To activate your Travel Booster, you must first enable roaming on both the Mobile App and your device.

Here’s how to enable or disable roaming on the Mobile App in a few simple steps:
1. Login to the MyRepublic Mobile App
2. From the landing page, tap on “Manage Roaming”
3. Enable/disable “Roaming Service”
4. A confirmation message will be displayed once roaming service is successfully enabled on the Mobile App
5. Enjoy your travels with ease!

Here’s how to check if you are subscribed to any of our Travel Boosters on the Mobile App in a few simple steps:
1. Login to the MyRepublic Mobile App
2. From the landing page, tap on “Manage Roaming”
3. Check your subscription under “Currently Subscribed”
4. Another way is from the landing page, tap on “See Everything I Have”
5. The next page will display your current subscription for local and roaming data under “What You Have”

Depending on your destination and length of stay overseas, we have a few options to select from for your data plan Travel Booster.

Here’s how to select the right data plan Travel Booster for your upcoming trip overseas:
1. Login to the MyRepublic Mobile App
2. From the landing page, tap on “Manage Roaming”
3. Enable/disable “Roaming Service”
4. A confirmation message will be displayed once roaming service is successfully enabled on the Mobile App
5. Select your destination from the “Popular Destinations” list. If your destination is not listed, you can type it in or scroll through the search bar.
6. You may select from the list of Travel Booster plans that will appear if we have a data roaming plan supporting your destination. Roaming Plans are available for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and Monthly Plans for frequent travelers.
7. Remember to connect to our supported roaming partners for your Travel Booster to work. Check our list Supported Roaming Partners for your reference.

Depending on your selected Travel Booster plan, the length of your stay while roaming, and your data usage, you may require additional data roaming plans.

You can keep track of your roaming data usage via the Mobile App, and notifications will be received upon consumption of roaming data.

For 4G mobile service, the auto-renew function is available for Travel Boosters subscribed to the 24-hour and 7-day plans, so you can avoid the hassle of repurchasing additional data roaming plans.

By default, the 24-hour and 7-day Travel Boosters will be auto-renewed for 4G Mobile services upon the depletion of the bundled roaming data or upon the expiration of the validity period, whichever comes first.

For 5G mobile services, the 24-hour and 7-day Travel Boosters will automatically renew upon expiration. However, if your bundled data roaming is used up before the validity period ends, you’ll need to purchase an additional Travel Booster to remain connected.

Should you wish to disable the auto-renew function on the Mobile App, you can manually select from our available Travel Boosters to repurchase the data roaming plan you need, on top of what has already been subscribed to.

The auto-renew function is available only for 4G mobile service subscribed to the 24-hour and 7-day plans.

By default, the 24-hour and 7-day Travel Boosters will be auto-renewed upon the depletion of the bundled roaming data, or upon the expiration of the validity period, whichever comes first.

For 5G mobile services, the 24-hour and 7-day Travel Boosters will automatically renew upon expiration. However, if your bundled data roaming is used up before the validity period ends, you’ll need to purchase an additional Travel Booster to remain connected.

You have the option to disable auto-renew if you do not wish to continue upon successful activation.

Notifications will be received upon adding a Travel Booster plan, prior to auto-renewal, and reminders of your roaming data consumption for proper guidance and reference.
