15/12/2023 18:00PM Update: We are happy to report that mobile service has been fully restored to affected subscribers. If you are still unable to connect, please restart your mobile device.
15/12/2023 17:45PM Update: Our network team has informed us that restoration of the issue is still ongoing. We thank you for your patience and will update you when we have more information.
15/12/2023 14:25PM : We are aware of a network disruption affecting newly activated 4G mobile customers. We have escalated this to the relevant team and we will share an update on the situation momentarily.
