Is there a contract?
Nope! We’re all about flexibility. Geek Insurance is a monthly subscription, so you can cancel anytime without being locked into a long-term commitment.
How does cancellation work?
If you choose to cancel, your coverage will last until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your recurring payment will stop. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

How do I make a claim?
In the case of damage or loss, follow these steps to make a claim:
1. Contact the Claims Hotline
Call HLAS at 6922 6003 as soon as the incident occurs. A representative will guide you through the next steps, help assess the situation, and inform you of the necessary supporting documents required for your claim.
2. Download, Complete, and Submit the Claim Form
Download a copy of the Home Contents Claim Form (PDF) and fill it out. Ensure all required supporting documents are included before submission.
