18/09/2024 | 18:20 PM: Update: Connectivity has been fully restored for affected subscribers. If you are still unable to connect to the Internet, please power-cycle (turn off and on) your ONT and WiFi router. Thank you for your patience on this matter.  

 18/09/2024 | 18:00 PM : We are aware of a potential network broadband connectivity issue affecting some customers. Our network team is currently investigating and we will share an update on the situation when we have more information.
