Outage Updates - Broadband / Voice

23/11/2022  18:11 PM: Majority of the affected users have recovered but few are still down. Our network team is still hard at work fixing the connectivity issue and we thank you for your patience. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

23/11/2022  16:22 PM: NetLinkTrust (our fiber provider) has isolated the problematic circuit that we believed caused the stray fiber optical signal but to no avail. Our network team is en route to the Central Office (CO) to further isolate the problem. Estimated time of arrival at CO is at 17:30 PM. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will update when we can confirm the issue has been resolved.

23/11/2022  15:10 PM: A stray fiber optical signal is believed to have caused the outage. NetLinkTrust (our fiber provider) has been mobilized to rectify the issue onsite. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and rest assured that we are working closely with our vendor to expedite the recovery of your services.

23/11/2022  14:42 PM: Our network team is currently working to restore connectivity for affected customers. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will update when we can confirm the issue has been resolved.

23/11/2022  14:22 PM: We are aware of a potential network broadband connectivity issue affecting some customers. Our network team is currently investigating and we will share an update on the situation when we have more information.
