17/04/2024 | 18:55 Update: Connectivity has been fully restored for affected subscribers. If you are still unable to connect to the Internet, please power-cycle (turn off and on) your ONT and WiFi router. Thank you for your patience on this matter.

 17/04/2024 | 17:32 PM: We are aware of a potential network broadband connectivity issue affecting some customers in Southwest part of Singapore. Our network team is currently investigating and we will share an update on the situation when we have more information.
