I'm an existing customer, can I sign up with eSIM?
For both existing and new customers, you can sign up for eSIM as long as it is a newly subscribed service. We’re still working towards offering eSIM for existing mobile services, please bear with us!
Can I transfer my number to your mobile service with eSIM?
Yes you can! Your mobile service via your eSIM will first be given a temporary number while we process your number porting after eSIM activation is done!
