From time to time, we need to make changes on our network to optimize performance.

This may result in your service being degraded temporarily during the scheduled network improvement.
Once the scheduled maintenance has been completed, your service will resume as normal.
If you experience delays reconnecting to the network, please power cycle your modem by turning it off and powering it back on.

Downtime Duration: Up to 60 Minutes
Remarks: Please restart your ONT & router if your services are not working after the maintenance is complete.

Allow 20 minutes after restart for network synchronization before contacting our customer service if need further assistance.
