How does my billing work?
We bill once a month on your scheduled billing date, no sneaky 28 day expiry.
How does Installation work?
We work with your local fibre company to arrange a suitable date and time to install your fibre. You will be advised of the pre-arranged installation date and you will need to be at home on the day of install to discuss with the technician. Sometimes an installation requires more than the standard work, the technician will discuss with you onsite at the time.
Are there early termination fees?
No all of our broadband plans are currently month-to-month plans with no fees for early exits.
If you ended up adding on of our fancy rental routers when you joined, you just need to either return it to us or pay a fair market rate if you want to keep it.
What are the upfront fees for?
If you choose to rent or purchase a router there will be an upfront fee paid at point of purchase of $14.95 for postage and handling. This fee would not apply if you do not choose a router with your purchase.
