Please be advised that MyRepublic had previously received reports that the geolocation databases of some content providers had not been accurately updated with MyRepublic’s Australian IP address.
We have now resolved issues with Fetch TV and Optus Sports.
Please note that if you have got Fetch TV through your previous Internet Service Provider (ISP) your service may not work on MyRepublic due to being locked to your previous ISP. Customers who have purchased a Fetch Set Top Box through a retailer will not be affected.
Some users may still experience problems logging into the MyAccount section on Foxtel.com.au. Our MyRepublic engineers have engaged Foxtel to ensure this issue is rectified as soon as possible.
