Service interruptions will vary in size and complexity due to multiple factors from weather events to our wholesale providers. These can affect a few customers, or large sale events which will impact many.
Whenever it’s possible, we will give our customers notice about interruptions and maintenance work. We can’t plan for everything, but we will always do our best to correct faults as quickly as possible.

Please be advised that MyRepublic had previously received reports that the geolocation databases of some content providers had not been accurately updated with MyRepublic’s Australian IP address.
We have now resolved issues with Foxtel MyAccount.
Please note that if you have got Fetch TV through your previous Internet Service Provider (ISP) your service may not work on MyRepublic due to being locked to your previous ISP. Customers who have purchased a Fetch Set Top Box through a retailer will not be affected.
