• Available in selected areas to new MyRepublic residential customers with a residential address that has not been connected to MyRepublic previously.
• The Unlimited nbn™100/20 plan provides a discount of $14 per month for the first 3 months only. Standard price of $89 applies thereafter. Offer ends 10.02.2021. We reserve the right to close the promotion early.
  
• nbn™ Home Superfast 250/25Mbps plans are only available to selected addresses that connects to the nbn™ via Fibre to the Premise (FTTP) and Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC).  

Customers can select to be in a no lock-in contract or a 12-month contract. In addition, customers have the option to:

• no lock-in contract: (i) Purchase a modem from MyRepublic or (ii) bring your own device (BYO);
• 12-month term contract: Rent a modem from MyRepublic – MyRepublic Rental Router Terms & Conditions apply.

• ^The Unlimited Standard Plan (nbn™ 25) – Minimum Typical Evening Speed is 15Mbps based on 60% of the theoretical maximum download speed of the nbn™ speed tier.
• The Unlimited 100/20 plan (“Plan”) is powered by nbn™. Typical evening speed is 83Mbps as per MyRepublic’s 100 download nbn™ speed tier.

Customers in FTTN, FTTB and FTTC areas may be in co-existence, if so we recommend you select the Unlimited Essential plan. FTTN, FTTB and FTTC speeds are to be confirmed once active and within 20 calendar days of connection. If your service isn’t capable of achieving acceptable speeds for the plan for which you signed up, you can move to a lower speed plan or exit your contract without charge by contacting MyRepublic within 10 days of receipt of your line speeds. We consider an acceptable line speed to be not less than 75% of our published typical evening speed for your plan. ^Included calls and unlimited data is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy available on our website. We reserve the right to change or cancel the promotion(s) without prior notice.

If you BYO, it must be nbn™ and VoIP compatible (if home phone is selected). Before you select to BYO please make sure you understand and accept the BYO modem requirements. We will assist you to the best of our ability to get your BYO modem connected or refer you back to your manufacturer. MyRepublic is not be responsible for any BYO modem that does not work on our network. We recommend you purchase a MyRepublic modem which has been optimised to perform with our network. If your BYO device is not compatible you can purchase a modem from MyRepublic or if you wish to cancel your service, you may be liable for payment of applicable monthly charges, other charges for services used, and an early termination fee.
